Di Grassi fastest in final session
09 March 2007 / Results / PhotosLucas di Grassi was the fastest GP2 driver in Friday's afternoon test session at Circuit de Catalunya. The ART Grand Prix driver was not as fast as Andy Zuber's fastest time on Friday morning though.
In the morning Glock was doing well, clocking the second fastest time covering 26 laps. There were a number of red flags in the morning. Lucas di Grassi experienced the heaviest crash, the Brazilian hit the tyre barriers with the back of the car. The damage was fixed during the lunch break.
Glock had to sit out this afternoon's session after aggravating the wrist injury which had forced him to sit out the final race of 2006 in Monza.
In six days time the GP2 teams will resume testing. The teams will travel to Paul Ricard for the final pre-season test.
