On his return to the GP2 series, Borja Garcia has identified who he thinks are the strongest drivers and is hoping to be in a position to challenge them at this weekend's season opener in Bahrain. The Spaniard is expecting a tough race but hopes the Durango team will help him get to the front of the pack.

"In my first race I will give my best with the intention of testing all my rivals and, depending on how I see the race, I will push hard to try to win it," Garcia told GPUpdate.net
"I think the strongests drivers for this race will be Timo Glock, Adreas Zuber, Di Grassi and a few more."
The 2004 Spanish Formula Three champion drove for the Racing Engineering team in GP2's inaugural season in 2005 and is now having to re-adjust back to GP2 after a season in the World Series by Renault with a new team, Durango.
"The team is very professional and is very well organized, but obviously I have not yet seen them working on a race weekend. But during the tests sessions they have been taking everything very seriously and that says a lot about them.
"I race in Bahrain in 2005 with the GP2 Series with tyres that had less grip than the ones we have this year. The race will be very competitive. We will need to be very concentrated to avoid making mistakes and control our rivals. There are many drivers who will give their best and it would be very easy to have an accident, particularly during the firsts laps. We will need to be very awake to avoid getting involved in those incidents," he added.
