Rodriquez let down by reliability

Roldan Rodriguez's charge up to 11th place from 17th on the grid was ended by an engine failure. The Minardi Piquet Sports driver is therefore frustrated that he could not convert his early pace into a points scoring result.

Roldán Rodríguez commented: "I have not been very lucky today because after a great start and being 11th I thought I could have a good change of scoring some points and then the engine broke down. These are thing that you cannot foresee and leave you a bittersweet feeling. This is just the beginning and now we have to put our spirits high and do our best in tomorrow's race. Starting from the 23rd place in the grid, the main goal is to finish the race in a better position."
