Michael Ammermuller has had a successful wrist operation last week in Salzburg, Austria. The 21-year-old German broke his wrist during the Grand Prix weekend in Bahrain after a collision with Kazuki Nakajima.
Ammermuller is doing everything he can to be ready for the Spanish Grand Prix, which will be held in two weeks time. At the moment the rehabilitation started to make the wrist flexible again and to train the forearm muscles. "Till Saturday the hand was swollen and caused a little bit pain, but since today everything is going well again," Ammermuller said.
