Di Grassi to join New York Marathon

Lucas di Grassi is currently sharing third place in the GP2 championship with Bruno Senna. As ART Grand Prix driver he has been showing a steady performance in the first five races of the season. The Brazilian will now also have something to look out for as he will enter the New York Marathon.

Speaking about his current championship Di Grassi said; "I'm still happy being third in the championship because I'm still close enough to the leaders and there are many races to go.

"In other news, I found out today that I got my entry for the New York Marathon that will take place in November. I've always dreamed of participating in this event and I can't wait! I was to participate to the Blenheim Palace Triathlon this weekend, but I'm going back to Brazil for a few days instead as it is the last time before the end of the season that I will be able to go."
