Pantano disqualified from Race 2
09 September 2007Race 1 Winner Giorgio Pantanp has been disuqlaified from Sunday's GP2 race in Monza
Giorgio Pantano has been disqualified from Sunday's GP2 Series race after failing to respond to a black and orange flag.
The flag was shown to the Italian in order to call him in to the pits to repair damage to his front wing, which he sustained in an incident with Sebastien Buemi at the second chicane, four laps from the end.
Giorgio's disqualification means he loses his point for sixth position, which goes to Karun Chandhok from Durango.
