Bruno Senna completed two days of testing at Jerez. On Thursday the Brazilian completed a test with the Campos team, while on Friday he joined 2007 championship winner iSport. On Friday morning Senna set the unofficial GP2 lap record at 1m27.015.

Bruno recently completed his maiden year in GP2, a season in which he secured a feature race victory in Barcelona in just his second weekend in the series. He also scored podium finishes in Magny Cours and Monza. It was a successful season for Bruno, who only began racing three years ago after ten years out of the sport.

He concluded the season eighth in the championship, well within his top ten aim. He finished as the second highest placed rookie behind Williams F1 test driver, Kazuki Nakajima.

After the test Bruno said: "It has been really good to jump into two cars this week and really be on the pace. I felt comfortable straight away with both teams and worked well with them. It is a very nice feeling to come away from the test with the fastest time and to know that I worked very hard with the teams and they were pleased with the work that I did. I learned a lot over the last season and I will continue to work to prepare myself in the best possible way for next year."
