Grosjean eyes first victory

ART Grand Prix driver Romain Grosjean is showing an impressive performance in the GP2 Asia series. In the four days of testing he was found various times on top of the time sheets and in the series' very first qualifying session he proved it wasn't a coincidence.

Grosjean will debut in his very first GP2 race on Friday afternoon in Dubai with Bruno Senna next to him on the front row. Even though Grosjean realises the Brazilian has a year experience in the series he believes he has a good chance of winning the opening race.

"Once again, the team did a fantastic job," Grosjean said after qualifying. "I was going for pole and I am very happy that I could achieve it. For this afternoon race, I know that Senna is more experienced than I am and I'm also here to learn, but I have a real shot at winning and I won't miss the opportunity."
