Fauzy wins in Sentul!

Super Nova driver Fairuz Fauzy has clinched his very first victory in GP2 on Sunday in Indonesia. The 25-year-old from Malaysia started the race from pole position and managed to keep Bruno Senna behind him in an exciting last part of the race.

Sunday's sprint race started behind the safety car as the weather conditions were found too dangerous to begin the race with a normal start. Already on lap two there were two serious crashes that proved how tricky conditions were at the slippery track in Sentul - behind the safety car.

After seven laps the safety car came in to get the race under way. But only a few laps later the safety car had to return back on track as Filippi spun his car and ended in the middle of the track being unable to restart his car.

As the safety car pulled in there was soon more action to witness on track. Ben Hanley tried to overtake Grosjean on the inside but instead crashed into Saturday's race winner Palovic. Hanley had to enter the pit for repairs while it was the end of the race for Pavlovic.

By the time the track was all clear there were only a few laps remaining. Fairuz Fauzy was still laeding the race with Bruno Senna right behind him. He managed to keep the Brazilian behind him and win his fist race.
