Scuderia Coloni could miss this weekend's race at Spa after police and lawyers representing Andy Soucek entered the circuit's paddock to seize possession of both the squad's race cars and team transporter on Friday morning.
With Formula Two driver Soucek - who had signed for the team formerly known as Fisichella Motorsport (FMS) earlier in the year - having once already attempted to have the team's possessions confiscated, the Spaniard appears to have done so successfully in Belgium after claiming that his first payment was taken earlier in the year despite being dropped by the team before the season's opening race.
Coloni, which has since taken back full ownership of the team from FMS, is now facing the possibility of missing both races this weekend but was unable to shed any light when questioned over the situation at Spa.
