Scuderia Coloni has announced that it will be testing three drivers from the Euroseries 3000 championship for preparation ahead of the new GP2 Asia Series season. With the collaboration of sponsor PartyPokerRacing.com, which has a partnership with both the 3000 championship plus the Coloni team, Fabio Onido, Marco Bonanomi and Will Bratt will run the GP2 car in Spain.
The three drivers, currently competing for the Euroseries 3000 crown with just six points separating them, will join the official GP2 Main Series test session in Jerez from Tuesday 6 to Thursday 8 October.
After this, the Euroseries crown will be wrapped up by one of the men in the season finale at Monza before the winner is able to enjoy the prize of the first GP2 Asia Series test of the season in Abu Dhabi on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 October, a fortnight before the championship kicks off.
