Van der Garde aiming for 2010 title
05 October 2009Giedo van der Garde is hoping to come off a strong 2009 campaign to be able to seal the GP2 championship title next year. The Dutchman enjoyed three race wins during his maiden season with iSport and the 24-year-old now looks forward to testing with Barwa Addax this week.

Having turned a tough start to the season into a flourishing end, van der Garde has been invited by the Barwa Addax squad as the official 3-day test begins at Jerez in Spain on Tuesday.
"My development during the season and my strong and consistent performances in the last races give me a lot of confidence for the forthcoming season," commented the man from Rhenen, central Holland. "My target is to be champion in 2010."
With this week's test being an indicator towards a possible partnership with the team, Giedo also continues to evaluate options with other squads including iSport.
