The iSport team has announced that Britain's Oliver Turvey will be joining the team for the 2010 season as well as the upcoming GP2 Asia Series, which will kick off in Abu Dhabi in just over a fortnight's time.
A competitor in the World Series by Renault in 2009, Turvey joins iSport as runner-up of the 2008 British International F1 Championship and a former winner of the Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award. The confirmation of the Cumbria driver's signing with the team follows the recent test session in Jerez.

"We are very pleased to have Oliver on-board with us for GP2 Asia, which should provide him with some very good experience with the team leading into the 2010 GP2 season," iSport Team Principal Paul Jackson commented. "Oliver has an excellent track record in all the categories he has raced in so far and we will look to continue this with him in GP2.
"We are also honoured to be chosen by Racing Steps Foundation to help further the career of an exceptional British talent. The Foundation is providing an amazing opportunity for young drivers who would otherwise be unable to progress and we are very excited to be a part of that."
